From June 18th to 23rd, Voles Company welcomed an important delegation of long-term American partners. This visit lasted for 6 days. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on the design details of the hand cream product and visited the R&D center and production base of Voles on-site. In a friendly and harmonious atmosphere, they reached multiple consensus points, injecting new impetus into the subsequent cooperation.
As an important client of Voles Company for seven years, this American delegation's visit aimed to gain a deep understanding of Voles' latest achievements in hand cream research and production, and to jointly optimize the product design based on the market demands in North America. During the visit, the delegation first toured Voles' 100,000-level clean production workshop, where they thoroughly examined the entire process of hand cream from raw material selection, formula formulation to sterile filling. The precise operation of the automated production line, the strict quality control inspection procedures, as well as the high-standard screening of natural ingredients (such as shea butter and ceramides), earned the delegation's high praise for Voles' production capabilities and quality control.
During the subsequent product design seminar, both parties focused on the core requirements of the hand cream and had a lively discussion. The delegation, taking into account the preferences of North American consumers for "long-lasting moisturization", "portable use" and "natural ingredients", proposed targeted suggestions, such as hoping to add a high-moisturizing formula suitable for dry seasons and optimizing the tube pressing design to enhance ease of use. The R&D team of Voles then shared the latest plant extract moisturizing technology and showcased three samples of hand creams for different scenarios (such as office commuting and outdoor camping). Both sides discussed in detail the formulation ratio, fragrance selection (such as the popular cedar and citrus scents in the North American market), and packaging eco-friendly materials, and planned to launch two customized new products.
"This is our fifth visit to Voles. Each time, we can feel their dedication to product innovation," said Ben, the head of the delegation. "Voles' keen ability to capture market demands and their rapid response capabilities are the crucial foundation for our long-term cooperation. The design plan for the hand cream we have finalized this time not only retains Voles' technical advantages but also precisely caters to the habits of North American consumers. We believe it will receive a very positive response upon launch."
The head of Voles Company also stated that this visit further enhanced mutual trust and collaboration between the two parties. "The on-site feedback from customers is an important basis for us to optimize our products. Next, we will accelerate the mass production of the customized hand cream to ensure that we can meet the market demands in North America with high-quality and cost-effective products. We look forward to expanding cooperation opportunities in more product categories in the future."
It is reported that the two parties have agreed to complete the sample production and testing of the new product within three months. It is expected that the custom-made hand cream will officially enter the North American market in the fourth quarter of this year. This visit not only strengthened the cooperation between the two parties, but also demonstrated Voles' research and development capabilities and production advantages in the personal care product field.
